TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 


All customers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following Terms and Conditions. “Winefeels Travel, Lda” and its marketing / sales agents are referred to here as “organizers”.

By using the Winefeels Travel website, you agree to these terms.

  1. Tour fares include:–
    (a) Transportation (on full day trips that require great distances);
    (b) All meals, tours and tastings as specified in the itinerary;
    (c) Professional guide in the requested language;
  2. No refund or price reduction will be made for any non-use of any items or services included in the tour fare.
  3. A minimum deposit of 50% of the tour fare per person must be paid at the time of booking and the balance must be paid at least 1 day prior to departure date. Foreign exchange fluctuations: All tariffs and taxes are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. All excursion fares are only guaranteed if reservations are accompanied by full payment.

  5. Cancellation: There is no refund if the tour starts in less than 72 hours.
  6. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or change at any time, all departures due to the size of the group being insufficient, or for any other reason. The decision of the organizers for such cancellations is final.
  7. Travel Insurance: Necessary insurance is provided under the legal terms.

  8. The vouchers and documents issued are subject to the terms and contracts under which these services are provided.
  9. The organizers can not be held responsible by any person as a result of the following: –
    (a) Inaccuracy, incorrect description or changes in any tour and its itinerary;
    (b) Additional expenses due to delays or changes in any transport services, illness, climate, death, strikes, wars, quarantine or other causes.
    (c) Any damage or loss of luggage and personal items or accidents are the responsibility of the customers.
  10. The organizers reserve the right to modify, with or without prior notice, the itinerary, the travel organization and the suppliers, due to unforeseen circumstances, over which the organizers have no control.
  11. The organizers will only provide their services to a minimum group of at least 2 adults.
  12. Troubling and uncooperative group members whose conduct is considered unreasonable and detrimental to the pleasure, interest, well-being and safety of other members of the tour or affecting the good environment of the tour will be handled by the tour leader. The tour manager may require the problematic member (s) to leave the tour and his or her decision is final. The organizers will not refund for any incomplete part of the tour.
  13. Please note that tour packages do not necessarily include a professional staff to meet the needs and / or requirements of persons with disabilities (including and not limited to visually impaired, hearing impaired, mobility) and under critical conditions. The organizers strongly advise all clients to equip themselves with all the special care and / or needs they may require. The organizers will not be responsible for these in any way.
  14. The information on the itinerary is correct and up to date at the time of writing and organizers can not guarantee that the items mentioned will remain unchanged, especially when the organizers do not have direct control over them. In case of difference between the English and Portuguese itineraries, the Portuguese version will be considered the correct version.
  15. The client’s name is based on the receipt or the registration form. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is no error in the name.
  16. All bookings made for our walking tours do not include transfer to the starting point. Clients should meet directly at the meeting point to start the tour.
  17. Prices quoted on this site are for online reservations only and may vary in prices at physical establishments / partners.
  18. Winefeels Travel reserves the right to make changes to prices online without prior notice, even after the deposit has been paid.
